TAHOE FOREST CANCER CENTER
The Gene Upshaw Memorial Tahoe Forest Cancer Center's website showcases Truckee's new cancer treatment facility and features an online resource center for patients and their families. The website was designed to make visitors feel as though they are entering the beautiful new facility. North Tahoe Public Utility District
The North Tahoe Public Utility District was previously maintaining three different websites for the North Tahoe PUD, the North Tahoe Event Center, and the North Tahoe Recreation & Parks. We consolidated the sites using the Drupal content management system so that the district's staff could maintain their websites in-house. The company wanted to create new design that reflects their three unique service offerings and to build a more mobile-friendly website. In addition to showcasing Mamasake's innovative and sustainable cal asian cuisine, the new website features restaurant chef/owner Elsa Corrigan's background, philosophy, and community involvement. The site was designed to reflect the restaurant's location in the Village at Squaw Valley and the Tahoe area's fun, active lifestyle. Based on the Drupal content management system, the website includes the ability to easily update the menu and expand to an e-commerce store in the future. A live feed from the Mamasake twitter account displays on each page to inform visitors of the latest news. www.mamasake.com

Jim Morrison Construction wanted to build an elegant, gallery-focused design that highlighted their residential construction projects. The site was built using the Drupal content management system and was optimized for touch devices, such as iPads and smart phones. This website for Bay Area nonprofit BADRAP showcases the organization's dogs available for adoption, as well as information about the organization and useful tips for dog owners. We worked closely with the organization's directors to design a unique site that reflects their personal design aesthetic. The result is proof that a website can be both beautiful and highly functional.
