Squaw Valley's Mamasake Joins the Food Truck Revolution

Squaw Valley-based Mamasake is joining the food truck revolution with a newly designed food truck of their own!

The new food truck features abstract art bringing the ocean to the mountains of Lake Tahoe. With a completely seamless wrap design, the new truck is a real masterpiece.

Truckee-based design firm SmallPond Studio designed the food truck graphics.

Mamasake is a popular, Cal-Asian restaurant at Squaw Valley offering eclectic combinations that reflect Japanese, Italian and Latin American influences. Serving modern and traditional sushi, sashimi, nigiri and cold and cooked tapas from chef owner Elsa Corrigan; their contemporary fusion approach produces distinctively healthy food with a focus on clean flavors.
